JUMP'N INN - Don’t miss out on this fully-renovated cabin that offers something for everyone! This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath cabin located in Sherwood Forest Resort has everything you need for a vacation to remember!

Upon entering the property, you will enter the spacious living room with hardwood floors and soothing natural wood tones throughout. The fully renovated living room provides guests with a flat screen Roku TV, floor to ceiling stone accented corner fireplace, leather furnishings, a soaring cathedral ceiling overhead, and beautiful mountain themed décor. Seating is provided by 2 leather love seats, and a leather queen sleeper sofa.

Just off of the living room, you will enter the large and spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Here you have everything you’ll need to prepare, cook and serve a delicious meal for your family and friends. The gourmet kitchen also features upgraded stainless appliances and gleaming granite countertops. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Coffee Bar, featuring a Nespresso, Keurig, and 12-cup Coffee Pot so that you can enjoy the coffee you are used to at home (guests to supply coffee, filters, etc).

Also located on the main level of Jump’n Inn are two king suite bedrooms, each with their own full private baths and flat screen Roku TVs.

Upstairs, you will find the loft game room, equipped with air hockey, a pool table, and a 43” flat screen Roku TV. Also located on the upper level, guests will find 2 king suite bedrooms with a soaring cathedral ceiling, flat screen Roku TV, and private full baths. One of these king suites also includes a triple twin bunk bed for the kiddos.

Two of the most notable features at Jump’n Inn are the private home theater and indoor swimming pool, both located on the lower level of the cabin. The private home theater features a 110” inch screen with HD projector, seating for up to 15 people, and surround sound. This provides everyone with a movie theater experience, all without ever having to leave the cabin. Across the hall from the theater is the private heated indoor swimming pool. Entry to the pool is locked for child safety (to ensure adults are present, as all children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult). There is a half bath located on this level as well.

Jump’n Inn features three covered decks. The right sides of the upper 2 decks offer beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. The lower level deck also features a hot tub.

The outdoor community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Jump’n Inn is conveniently located 2 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge Parkway, 6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and 10 miles to the Sugarland’s Visitor Center (the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park. No matter if you plan to enjoy a fun day at Dollywood, walk the streets of Gatlinburg, shop at Five Oaks Tanger Mall or hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Jump’n Inn is in the perfect location for you to do it all!

Jump’n Inn also features an EV charger for guests that would like to drive their EV to the Smoky Mountains.

* This property is pet friendly (dogs only) for up to 2 dogs, 35 lb. weight limit each.

- Up to date on all annual vaccinations, as well as heartworm and flea/tick medication
- No pets on furniture or bedding
- All pets are to be crated when left in the cabin unattended
- Be sure to click “Pets” when reserving so that the pet fee of $150 will be applied to your reservation

Smoking, vaping, etc. permitted outdoors only. We ask that you leave no trace.
