Convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was very nice and the condo was the cleanest place I have ever stayed during a vacation. We had a dance competition at Le Conte Center and the location of the condo was very convenient. I was on the first level by the pool and there were times that people were partying past 11pm which made it impossible to sleep. I would ask for a condo far from the pool if I were to stay again.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here several times. It has always been clean and quiet. Close drive to just about anything you might want to do while visiting the Smokies. Nice pool with water slide for the kids during the swim season. Lots of fun. Just a note to bring your own coffee and filters as the condo supplies a nice coffee maker in the room but no coffee to brew. That would be a nice touch for short term rental.
