One of Evergreen Retreat’s standout features is its accessibility-conscious design. With a ramp entry and an accessibility-friendly bathroom, the home offers greater ease of use than many mountain cabins. (Please note that the home is not ADA compliant.)

From morning coffee on the porch to evenings around the fire, Evergreen Retreat offers everything you need for a memorable Smoky Mountain escape.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay. This includes the hot tub, game room, fire pit, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas. You will have a private entrance and a seamless self-check-in process. Free parking is included at the property.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available via phone or the messaging app if you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to provide a smooth and memorable experience.

Village Way Retreat is located in a small Pigeon Forge neighborhood with other vacation homes nearby. The roads are paved and easy to access, with no steep or narrow mountain roads to worry about. The area feels convenient and close to town, while still giving guests a more relaxed place to stay away from the busiest parts of the Parkway.

A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around. The home has easy paved access and is about 1 mile from the Parkway, making it simple to drive to restaurants, shopping, Dollywood, The Island, and area attractions. Rideshare may be available, but walking is not recommended for most outings.
