Diamond Rated! Both luxurious and practical, River Sounds Bear Crossing 204 combines comfort with elegance for a unique vacation experience. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s a great vacation home for families or small groups. The Bear Crossing resort is next door to LeConte Center and features a seasonal outdoor pool, grilling area and on-site fishing from the Little Pigeon River!

After a day of adventuring, put on the gas fireplace and curl up in one of the living room's enormous recliners to enjoy a movie on the large cable TV, or relax on the sleeper sofa and post amazing photos courtesy of the free Wi-Fi. The pristine kitchen features tile floors and granite countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. You’ll also have all the gadgets, cookware and dinnerware you'll need to prepare anything from a lavish meal to warmed-up leftovers from one of the amazing restaurants on the nearby Parkway. After dinner, take a glass of wine out to the private covered patio to enjoy a front-row view of the river from the wicker swing!

With room to accommodate six guests, River Sounds Bear Crossing 204's two beautifully decorated bedrooms are both furnished with sumptuous king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, dual nightstands with reading lamps and lots of little homelike touches. Extra guests can make use of the living room sleeper sofa each night.

The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub, while the second bedroom is just steps away from the full-size hallway bath. Both bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh, fluffy towels, and all bedding is provided. There’s even a washer and dryer so you can leave room in your luggage for souvenirs!

Leave your car at the resort. When you stay at River Sounds Bear Crossing 204, you can walk to downtown Pigeon Forge's eateries, theaters, museums and fun family activities! Situated next to the Little Pigeon River just off the Pigeon Forge Parkway, you can go fishing for trout without ever leaving the resort and cook it up on one of Bear Crossing's on-site grills. You're also just a short drive from Dollywood, and all the outdoor adventures the Great Smoky Mountains National Park has to offer from hiking to mountain biking to skiing and more. First stay at Bear Crossing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We prefer condos over cabins and have typically stayed at another condo in town for years. Due to traffic issues in December and a desire to be on the River we chose BC for this stay. The unit was clean, super easy to come and go and the location was perfect as we travel Teaster/Veterans as frequently as possible. Our balcony overlooked the River and LeConte Center. Staff was friendly and courteous. We were happy to discover that the river walkway led not only to The Island but also to Pottery House. The balcony side is shaded all but early morning with a great breeze. It was chilly most of our stay, but would be extremely nice in warmer seasons. We were also excited to find our unit had an assigned covered parking space. Our only slight downside was that our balcony also overlooked the bridge on Jake Thomas Rd so you had traffic noise when out there. However we had very little noise inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This property was more than I could have imagined! The pictures don't do it justice. Very clean, the decor is gorgeous, the location, literally everything. We had towels, detergent, dishes, and pots. I felt at home! The location was extremely convenient due to my sister competing at the LeConte Center, we walked there every day, we could even walk to the Island of Pigeon Forge so they was awesome. All the attractions are less than an 8 min drive. I love this place and I would stay here over and over!

Love the balcony by the water. It was so relaxing to hear the rushing water. The geese, the ducks and the groundhog were nice to watch. The location is central to almost everything. I would recommend Bear Crossing to anyone, and I would definitely stay here again.
