Kitchen
Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, cookie pans, knives, toaster, crockpot, instant pot, blender and coffee bar. The table seats nine to ten with three bar stools at the counter.

Parking
Need lots of parking? 6 cars depending on how big, will fit in the driveway. If you need additional space for a trailer, please contact me.

We want you to have a fun and stress free stay. We provide tips and suggestions for the area. Easy check in and check out! We only ask you load and start the dishwasher at check out. Theres no chore list at check out.

Location
You can get to lots of restaurants and activities in a few minutes. During the busy seasons, you will be thankful to be at your cabin-not stuck in traffic! You will loved being able to get to restaurants, grab a pizza or run to Food City in just a few minutes. The back decks are amazing. A perfect place to hang out and relax!

The cabin is in a woodsy area. We have pest control come every month plus additional quarterly visits. The cabin has been professionally sealed. You might see bugs despite these efforts.

Dogs who are well behaved are welcome. There is a $75 fee for the 1st dog. $50 for second dog. Owners are responsible for any damage and clean up. Airbnb will charge for the first dog. I will send an invoice for the additional dog. If you have more than two dogs, please message me.

No parties
No smoking inside
Guests must be 18+ or children staying with parents.

Starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. You may need to purchase more during your stay.

Charcoal, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not provided.

For your protection there is a security camera at the front door.

No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages or anything out of our control. Please purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect your family's vacation investment.
