"Wir sind zum dritten Mal hierher gereist, da wir diese Unterkunft sehr mögen und uns wohl fühlen. Man hat seine Privatsphäre, mit Garten und kleinem Balkon. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnanlage. Liegt direkt an Wander - und Radweg.. Absolute Empfehlung, werden gerne wieder kommen "

"Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The back patio was very nice. The enclosed porch was wonderful. The location is beautiful. It was a great stay. "

"Small house, relatively in line with the advertisement. We were 5 people, a bit short on dishes, no space to put our belongings in the rooms (chairs would be welcome), the bathroom and shower room are really too small with a shower that is impossible to use without flooding the shower room... The cupboards smell musty and damp. There is no Wifi and the internet speed is very low... (Difficult to communicate with the real estate agency, especially, and to prepare our visits online) The price is...

"Spacious house with large drive/parking and big garden in a quiet rustic location. Enjoyed our meals in the garden under the shade of the huge fig tree! Well equipped, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms! 10 min walk to nearest beach (a rocky but very pretty inlet) and nice coastal walks. Bus to Santander stops virtually outside and is very reasonable. We went into town for dinner but there are several restaurants within walking distance too. Supermarkets close by for the essentials. Ana and her mum...

"Certe pas cher, propre mais il y forcément des mais... Un jardin accessible uniquement en ressortant par la porte d entrée, que des petites fenêtres, pas de porte fenêtre ou bais vitrées, du coup très peu de lumière naturelle, des mouches partout mais une seule moustiquaire à la cuisine, du coup impossible d aérer sans invasion de mouche... Sinon équipement cuisine OK, salle de bain fonctionnelle, literie correcte, super emplacement "

"exactamente lo que buscabamos. La casa es muy grande (nosotros fuimos 13 adultos).Un jardin espacioso donde cenar al aire libre estupendo. A 10 minutos de la playa. Genial en todos los aspectos."

"Nos hemos quedado en casa de Consuelo dos noches, viajamos dos parejas con 3 niños para visitar el Parque Natural de Cabárceno. Hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa. Consuelo, la dueña, ofrece facilidades en todo, para la llegada, la salida, ofrece indicaciones de todo lo que puedas necesitar y está muy pendiente de sus huéspedes. La casa está muy limpia, tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, muy cuidada y está muy bien comunicada; en un entorno tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar. "

"Los dueños son muy amables. La casa igual que en el anuncio. Entorno muy tranquilo. La estancia estaba mejor de lo que podríamos imaginar. Seguro que repetiremos."

"Ha sido una estancia fantástica. La casa es amplia y agradable, perfecta para un grupo grande. El jardín, un espacio genial para hacer comidas, barbacoas y estar correteando los niños. Diego, el propietario, ha estado atento y resuelto cualquier problema que hayamos tenido. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver. Muchas gracias!"

"The house and kitchen are very well equipped and fulfilled our needs. The bed was comfortable, the terrace and patio areas are very pretty and relaxing after travelling around Cantabria. The pool is smallish, but only an issue if you want to swim laps! Overall, a very enjoyable stay. "
