The space
The Unique Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms + Guestshouse with 2 Studios with own shower and own kitchen. The downstairs is open plan, with a large comfortable couch with a smart TV. The dining table seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities. 1 infinity pool , 1 plunge pool with jets , rooftop Jacuzzi.

The entire open floor plan faces the Sea of Cortez and the Espíritu Santo Island. The sliding doors open all the way to create breathtaking views.

Parking space for three cars, plus mini golf at the front of the property.

We offer ATV / UTV and scooter rental during your stay so you can explore the many trails leading down to the gorgeous beaches. Please speak to the property management ahead of your visit if you wish to rent the vehicles.
Other things to note
The property is OFF GRID. It is powered via Solar Panel System and has runs on Lithium Battery at night. All lights, fans and electrical outlets are fine 24/7. AC units only available in bedrooms/studios. Downstairs is open concept with fans and sliding doors.
