"Friendly staff, nice new room (bit small for two open suitcases :-) ), quiet area. We didnt see the spa area as it was not open during the entire stay"

"Friendly staff. Pool was nice to visit on a hot day. Can walk to main sights. Be aware that parking is hard to come by and that temporary parking is in an undergrund parking garage. Be careful when entering here. The transition from the street to the driveway is very steep, and the underside of our car scraped the pavement even though we drove very slowly. Also be aware that the hotel is situated meters away from the ZTL zone so be sure to get someone to register your entrance."

"The property was incredible. Very comfortable beds, very large living areas, amenities were readily available with cleaning service daily. Great hosts who were great at communicating, offered suggestions, and allowed for luggage storage even after check out. Prime location next to the David (can be slightly louder from the street in the morning on that one side, but not too bothersome). Overall an excellent stay!"

"Todo 10 de 10 . La atencion, el lugar, ubicación. No podria ser mejor. Ampliamente recomendado.."

"Miniferie på 3 overnatninger. Første gang i Firenze.

"Super fin personlig service "

"Personalet var venlige og MEGET hjælpsomme. Kun gode ting at sige om dem. Morgenmadsbuffet var dejlig, friskpresset appelsinjuice, dejligt brød, fine kager, kaffe i lange baner."

"This hotel is lovely decorated and situated centrally near all “must see” in Florence. Also the hotel has a very beautiful garden with cozy areas. The staff is very nice and the food is amazing. We also visited the SPA and had a nice massage, all a very good experience. We will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Florence."

"Super friendly staff. Really nice hotel. "

"Smukt område i byen, meget centralt, fin bygning og god service. "

"Loved our stay. Super spacious and central"

"We had a very nice stat here. Friendly and helpful host, nice room and area"

"I would definitely recommend this place. First of all, it's a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and always took the time to listen whenever we had a problem. You also get a level of freedom that you don't usually find at other hotels. You're pretty much left to enjoy your stay on your own, but in a good way. The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the city center, but there are plenty of great local restaurants nearby, which made the experience even better. The only small issue...
