"Hotel Villa San Carlo was a disappointment. The hosts are exceedingly nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. Nothing has been done in 20 years. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, the bathrooms less functional from the shower cabins to the 20 year old hair dryers. Air conditioning works sometimes, WiFi is sketchy and the breakfast is severely lacking. Even for Italian standards. The same sad hard boiled eggs came from the fridge 3 days in a row."

"Fantastic place. really carefully restored building from the 17th century. The staff are very friendly and there is a passion for providing good service. We will definitely come again and recommend this place to others who also enjoy good Italian food and wines."

"Very nice hotel with good facilities and very helpful staff. Especially the unique bartender Sergio. What a brilliant character."

"If you are looking for beautiful scenery, helpful and attentive staff, great food and drinks , look no further!"

"Fantastisk flot sted og værelset og inventar helt nyt."
