"Honestly... This was great. For MANY reasons: Firstly, the location is great. Really great. Not only is it conveniently near a lot of things but you have a beach, a pier and Mamaia Boulevard will take you to everything within 3ish kilometres which makes for an INCREDIBLY scenic walk. Secondly, the staff was so kind. Both receptionist during my stay were so, so kind and I felt really welcome. They helped me with an extension chord and the communication was pretty ok English-wise. "Godt hotel, hvor de fleste medarbejdere var venlige, men et par stykker var meget "kolde". God standard paa vaerelserne, men der var en daarlig, kloak-agtig, lugt fra udluftningen i badevaerelset og fra AC'en."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."
