Like buying a 5-star hotel on TEMU. It looks good in the pictures, but in reality it feels more like a 3-star experience.
The morning buffet was far too small for the number of guests in the hotel, and getting a cup of coffee was pure madness.
The first room we were given was moldy, with a humidifier running at full speed, and everything felt semi-wet. It was clear the hotel already knew about the issue, as the dehumidifier was already running when we entered the room. We pointed out to reception that this was not acceptable. Normally, a 5-star hotel would apologize and offer a better room. We got nothing.
Another note: given the hotel’s name, “The Nature,” it seems odd that no effort is made to clean up the surroundings. The view from the room was simply trash in the middle of nature (see picture).
