Dear Sri Panwa,
My husband and I recently stayed with you for our honeymoon, and we would like to share some honest feedback regarding our experience. We chose Sri Panwa because of its strong reputation for exceptional quality and service, and we were truly looking forward to our stay.
Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that left us disappointed:
• Our room appeared noticeably old and worn, which did not meet the expectations we had for a hotel of this standard.
• The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — there were visible stains on the mirrors, and the overall level of cleanliness felt insufficient.
Additionally, we would like to mention that our stay at Sri Panwa also did not feel comfortable due to similar concerns. Although the staff genuinely tried to accommodate our expectations by offering us a different room, we would have preferred to receive a refund for the remaining nights so that we could choose another hotel. Unfortunately, this was not an option, and we felt obliged to stay for the remainder of our booking.
Despite these issues, we want to acknowledge that the staff were consistently kind and did their best to assist us, which we sincerely appreciate. We chose Sri Panwa for our honeymoon with the hope of a smooth, relaxing, and memorable experience, which made these shortcomings especially disappointing. We kindly ask that you take this feedback into consideration so future guests can enjoy a more seamless stay. Thank you very much.
