"Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. "Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it....

"The stay was horrible mold in the bathroom and along the window sill.There were stains on the shades and on the walls in the room there were crickets crawling on the shade and some where even dead on the floor .The toliet was stopped and the walk in shower was leaking water all on the floor .The covers were clean and the wash rags all looked dingy and not as clean .Never again will I ever rent a room from them again .Think twice before you book a room the hotel staff was accommodating and...

"I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. "We booked a room for graduation weekend. We left with no where to go within 30 minutes. This place was the dirty, smelly and poorly maintained. The room stunk like a hot boxed ash tray. You can tell one dirty rag was used to wipe all the surfaces. Almost everything was broken including the lock on the door. I just cant get past the smell....it stuck to us until we showered. "It was very convenient and clean. Enjoyed the fitness center and breakfast. Only thing that bothered us was youth baseball team. I'm use to kids having fun, but couple of things could have caused trouble: they left toys on steps in stairwells, threw balls around inside that went rolling outside causing our dogs to get excited. "I checked in around midnight and went straight to my room. Got into bed and some girl was talking on speaker phone Nextdoor for approximately 45 minutes. I could hear everything. The walls seemed to be paper thin. The light from the parking lot was hardly blocked. Was woken up repeatedly from outside noise. The shower took forever to heat up and spilled out all over the floor. The sheets felt gritty along with the towel."
