Welcome to your private Scottsdale retreat in the sought-after Las Sombras neighborhood! With comfortable bedrooms, inviting shared spaces, and great outdoor amenities, this Scottsdale home is an ideal base for family vacations, golf trips, group getaways, and relaxing desert escapes.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers comfortable accommodations, open living spaces, and a private backyard designed for relaxing and entertaining. The main house features 3 bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom. The detached casita offers a private 4th bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, providing added privacy and flexibility for families and groups.

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the bright and spacious living areas, making it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together. Whether you`re enjoying a casual breakfast or relaxing with friends and family, the open layout provides plenty of room to spread out.

Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and spa. Fire up the grill for an outdoor meal, unwind by the water, or simply soak up the Arizona sunshine.

NOTE: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon request.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
