Welcome to the Willows!

Look no further! You have found the perfect vacation or getaway. Located close to State Farm Stadium only 4 miles, 5 Spring Training stadiums, Phoenix Raceway (NASCAR), and Westgate Entertainment District.

Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather and relax in the great outdoor living space including covered patio, dining area, new BBQ, covered Cabana, and private pool (heated upon request from October to April).

The Property:
Private pool, no fee to heat the pool / Free WiFI for streaming/ 2,058 sq. ft. Perfect location in the suburbs of Phoenix near I-10 and 101Fwy. This home is a great vacation spot for families.

Sleeping Areas:
Bedroom 1: King bed with Master bath, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Additional sleeping space: Queen pull out sofa and Queen air mattress.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped! Electric range, dishwasher, pots / pans, dishware / flatware, spices / oils, and Keurig with limited K-pods and creamer.

Outdoor Living:
Furnished patio, dining area, propane BBQ, covered Cabana for lounging

Indoor Living:
Smart TVs, Dish Network, free WiFi for streaming, Pool table, dining area, and ceiling fans in all rooms

PERFECT retreat close to stadium

This house exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. The host were quick to respond whenever we had questions and super nice!The pool was a must with the Arizona heat and it did not disappoint. Everything that we wanted to go do was within 5 to 20 minutes… including State Farm, Stadium, where we saw Post Malone.There was not one thing that we had to go out and purchase because this house had it all. As someone who travels all the time, this is incredibly rare to find!

Nice and relaxing

Easy check-in, clean, cool and relaxing. Short drive to shopping, restaurants and things for young adults to do. Hosts were great at communicating and responding. Would love to stay again on our next trip.

Beautiful Pool/Great House

We had a great stay at the residence. Pool was in top condition, beautiful, sparkling clean and heated. Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Home was well equipped with all the needed items. Bedding and linen supplies were the best of any residence we have rented in AZ. The residence was centrally located and close to shopping.

Can’t recommend enough!

This is the place to stay. I could tell by the photos it would be the perfect spot. But it exceeded expectations. Not one complaint!! From the comfy beds, roomy bedrooms, house layout, heated pool, waters and snacks, neighborhood and recs…. All was perfect. It was quiet, private and we’ll definitely be back!

Family of 6 had a blast

The house was spacious, clean, and had more amenities than we even anticipated. My children, ranging in ages from 8-15, had fun playing pool and swimming at the end of the day. There were plenty of towels and the washer dryer made mom's life easier. ; ) We were traveling for baseball, and the house was close enough to Camelback Ranch and other ballfields. The commutes were easy! This will be the first place I search when we return to the Phoenix area!

Amazing!

We loved our stay! The house is very comfortable, especially the beds and living room area. The heated pool is also amazing - we spent the better part of our days in the pool, and loved every minute! There are a bunch of restaurants and super nearby, so it’s a great area to stay in. The owners stock a ton of great snacks, and we were able to cook most of our meals thanks to a well- stocked kitchen. We highly revoked this property - better than advertised, great Owner communication, and a fantastic place to make wonderful memories!

Amazing Christmas break

Staying at West wind was awesome! Had to do nothing else but bring our clothes. All else was supplied. The neighborhood is nice, the house very comfortable and welcoming!

Highly recommend!

This beautiful spacious house was perfect for our family. The hosts are great, quick to respond and provide everything you need - plenty of coffee, pool toys, games, towels, snacks and laundry. The pool heat was also included, huge bonus. Would recommend and will visit again!

Highly Recommend

Our family stayed at Brian and Denise’s place as a getaway to visit family and Sedona. Their home was perfect! They accommodated our late night check-in and later departure. My family enjoyed the pool, which was at perfect temperature, comfy beds, and the patio area. The neighborhood was convenient to all parts of Phoenix and it was only a short drive to Sedona for the day. Denise was a super host- very communicative and hospitable! As a bonus, there was a welcome basket with tons of goodies and extra kitchen condiments, making it easy to make breakfast before our adventures. We are so grateful for our stay. Highly recommend!

Just as advertised and the reviews are spot on.

We will definitely be staying here again! The complimentary coffee, and pantry packed with snacks is so thoughtful. Plus, the house and pool are beautiful! Denise and Brian were easy to communicate with, and checkout was a breeze. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this one is now a favorite.

Glendale Arizona Getaway

Fantastic property in Glendale AZ. Close to all attractions. Two hour drive to Sedona, great scenic route. Brian and Denise were great hosts. House was clean and pool was great. Fullly stocked kitchen. A true gem for a rems ing vacation. Denise made everything easy for us.

Phenomenal Place - 10/10

My wife and I came to Phoenix as a get away trip somewhere different than our normal vacation spots. Everything about Denise’s place was perfect! My wife is a bit of a neat freak and cringes at the smallest things. When I tell you this place was spotless, let me tell you… it was exceptional! The neighborhood was super nice and convenient to all parts of Phoenix. To top it all off, Denise was a super host! Very communicative and hospitable! We got to Phoenix early, like 9am early, and didn’t leave until later in the day, around 4:30. She was overly accommodating allowing us to check in and out at our convenience. As a bonus, there was an orange/cutie, tree in the back yard with ripe cuties, a welcome basket with tons of goodies, and a plethora of extra supplies for our trip. Literally couldn’t beat it.
