The space
TESLA & EV Charging - 40amp charger with J1772 CCS adapter for non-Tesla electric vehicles. First 500kW is complimentary (approximately 6 full charges). Guest is charged $0.140/kWh thereafter. CCS adapter is compatible with all Japanese-made electric vehicles.

PELOTON - Bring your own Peloton shoes and clip in, OR utilize the bike’s universal shoe straps that allow you to ride with your own shoes. You may log in to your own Peloton account, activate a free 30-day trial, or use the free “Just Ride” feature.

HOSTS KALEB & RACHEL - We only rent and manage our own properties and have years of excellent reviews as Superhosts. While you stay, you have our direct contact information. We host our out-of-state family here in this very home when it’s not in use, and therefore have the highest quality & maintenance expectations.

Per City of Scottsdale Law - This property accommodates 6 persons total. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Please work with your host to make allowances for visitors if needed.

Property has a video doorbell and camera that faces the front of the property for safety purposes.

Additional rules
The individual booking the reservation for this home is responsible for notifying all persons in the guest party of all house rules and safety precautions:

A $500 fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found on property.
Respect Quiet Hours (9pm-8am)*

No parties or events - all guests must be registered*

*Due to local ordinance, if we receive noise complaints and/or evidence of a party, you will be charged any fines incurred by the City of Scottsdale up to $2,500. Your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be required to vacate the premises.

Guest should clean the grill after each use. If grill is left used and uncleaned, a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Guest agrees to take recycling container out on Sunday night, and bring it back into the garage after pickup on Monday morning.

Guest agrees to take trash container out on Tuesday night and bring it back into the garage after pickup on Wednesday morning.

Indoor fireplace is not operational. No fires or candles inside the home.

Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
