Welcome home to your very own Arizona oasis. Located in a wonderful neighborhood it is perfect for families looking for a comfortable home packed full of amenities.

It features multiple entertaining areas including a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and a separate game room.

The Great Room has a 65” Smart TV and is attached to the kitchen and dining space. Additional Living room has another 65” smart tv. Smart TVs are provided for your entertainment. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) to enjoy their favorite shows and movies.

Master bedroom with king bed, master bath with shower and large tub. 55” smart tv.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a futon in the game room. Second bath has two sinks, shower, and tub.

Enjoy the pool in the private backyard. The pool is heated and there is no extra charge as the weather From December to February is unpredictable. During the months of December to February the temps in the desert can drop below freezing and the pool heater will not operate until it's at least 50 degrees outside. When the Temp permits it will run from 8am-8pm.

Also, kids games corn hole, GOLDEN TEE ARCADE, NBA JAM ARCADE, pool toys, life jackets, and all of your outdoor grilling needs.

This is a quiet neighborhood in a serene setting and we want to respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a nice peaceful place to relax with friends or family and enjoy the pool, indoor games and surrounding activities, you will enjoy it here. If you are looking for a place to party this is not the place for you.

There is a lot of dining and shopping close by. Usery Recreation Park is up the road, Salt River Tubing, Tonto National Forest and Superstition Mountains are nearby. Minutes to golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding trails, water recreation, and baseball spring training. Close to 202 freeway.
