You can walk to multiple destinations from your front door step, rent a scooter or bike, or Uber/Lyft. We have Trolleys that are FREE to ride. If you're driving around Old Town, North Scottsdale Road is a central hub for getting around. A lot of main attractions are directly off of North Scottsdale Road.

- Parking & Access: You have one dedicated, covered parking spot assigned to you during your stay. Additionally, street parking is readily available right in front of the apartment if you prefer. The home can be accessed through a self-check-in process using a keypad lock on the front door.
- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens
- Cleaning fee: $155 Yonder openly shares and posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it!

Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.
