Step outside to your private backyard oasis, featuring a sparkling swimming pool heated to a comfortable 85°F from October through April at no extra charge. (Please note, if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the pool may not maintain the full 85°F.) The patio area is perfect for lounging in the Arizona sunshine, hosting a barbecue, or relaxing under the stars in the evening.

Pets are welcome to stay for free — we just kindly ask that you pick up after them so the space stays fresh and enjoyable for everyone.

Getting around is easy from this Glendale location. You’re just minutes from the Loop 101 and I-17, giving you quick access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and other popular destinations. The Westgate Entertainment District and State Farm Stadium are only a short drive away, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and events. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and free parking is provided at the home if you’re bringing your own vehicle.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.
-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)


Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional cost to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.

Pool service is weekly, net and skimmers are provided for in between pool service.
