• The pool is not heated and cannot be heated.

We are Dog Friendly:

Security cameras:
We have a front door Ring doorbell as well as 2 backyard cameras. We do not monitor these cameras. We use these to monitor the pool for care as well as landscaping.

During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
