Civic Centre - Studio Unit

MAX 2 guests at all times. NO pets allowed. NO smoking in any part of the premises. NO access to the adjacent studio or garage (garage is for owner’s use only).

Please note: while another unit is attached, it is fully separated by walls and has its own independent entrance. The only shared area with other guests is the front porch for access.

General: Quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur fees. Our house is in a "locals" neighborhood, where a lot full time residents live and work. In efforts to respect your neighbors, we limit the number of cars to (1) parking space for this studio, in the lower driveway. We also ask that you keep music and sound voices down while outside. Please avoid slamming the door. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise (available as an add-on after booking)

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture, dispose of trash/recycling properly in side gate barrels.

Access: Smart lock entry. No access to garage or attached studio. Driveway parking only. Street parking may result in HOA fines.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in laundry room. Early check-in or Late check-out must be approved in advance and fees apply.
