The Space:

You are getting two individual apartments in the same fourplex! Casa del Caballeros (AKA Unit 2), and Casa de las Damas (AKA Unit 4). This means 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens!



Caballeros Living Room: Couch that seats 3, comfy chair, coffee table for working/eating. 4 Barstools. 55" Roku TV.



Damas Living Room: Couch that seats 4, lift-top coffee table for working/eating. 55" Roku TV. 4-seat dining table.



Kitchens: Fully stocked - cookware, dishes/silverware, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven and Keurig coffee maker.



Bedrooms: Fully furnished w/ King bed, functional blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, 43" Roku TVs, nightstands, closets with storage shelving, ironing boards.



Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, face towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, hair dryer.



Laundry: In-unit, brand new full-size washer and dryer, Tide pods and dryer sheets provided in each unit.



Internet: High speed Wi-Fi (500Mbps).



Parking: Two free parking spaces and street parking.

Other Things to Note:

The main entrance to unit two is assessable via the street and the main entrance to unit 4 is assessable from the courtyard; however, the back door to unit 2 shares the same courtyard as the front door to unit 4.



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
