Floating staircase connects the 1st and 2nd floors of the home.
The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony with seating and scenic views, plus a vanity/work desk.

Indoor Living: Relax in style beneath vaulted ceilings in the living room, complete with a large smart TV for your entertainment. Gather around the dining table with seating for six. The home offers two full bathrooms, with one conveniently located downstairs and another upstairs.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for any meal, including a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, dishware/flatware, and a K-Cup coffee maker. Also equipped with all your outdoor grilling needs such as grilling utensils and trays. A sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided. A high chair is available upon request.

General Amenities: Commercial washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, central air conditioning and heating, and hair dryers.

Please note: The home is located near a natural desert preserve. As with any desert environment in Arizona, guests may encounter wildlife such as insects, scorpions, or snakes. Please keep doors and windows closed and use caution.

The home is not suitable for children and is not set up with child safety features. The home features a floating staircase, pool and elevated deck areas which may present safety risks.

Location: Centrally located, approximately 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 15–20 minutes to Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. A family park with swings and tennis courts is just one mile away. Over 60 restaurants are within a 10-minute drive, and grocery shopping is only 4 minutes from your front door.

Parking & Access: Garage with Level 2 EV charger, 2-car driveway, plus street parking. Self check-in via keypad.
