"Ideal location, quiet, and with a water view. Excellent breakfast included - gourmet and healthy! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will tell all my friends about this place. Plus, its just a quick walk down the hill to the Murray Hill Public Ploat and Ramp, a nice place to watch the sunset.and it's close by the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens which is a must see, and don't forget about the trolls. So fun!"

"This ranks among the top places we have ever stayed at. We were in the Greenleaf building with a view of the bay in a covered balcony. Everything in the building appears new and well thought out.The common kitchen area is spacious and well stocked with snacks, drinks, and pastries. It's always open.The location is a quick easy walk to all the main activity of Boothbay. We have been to Boothbay a few times, so we really appreciated the comfortable and relaxing nature of the facility. So much...
