Private ferieboliger i Philo

"Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room."

"Beautiful location, great place to stay. We were very pleased with everything."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. It’s a very comfortable & clean home. Thank you"

"I was in town on business, solo traveler. The VRBO page shows a different neighborhood. I grew up here so I know the neighborhoods well. I picked it because it showed the house in a decent neighborhood. When I got the address, the day before checking in, I realized it was nowhere near the location advertised. That could be VRBO’s fault. It’s located on a very sketchy neighborhood, with homeless sleeping across and up the street. Next door is a lot with an old building and abandoned RVs. The back...

"This home is so comfortable and spotlessly clean! I usually have a difficult time sleeping in new places but the bed and bedding was so cozy and it was so quiet I had no problem! The kitchen had everything we needed and the location is close to lots of good restaurants. This was a work trip for me so the only minor issues are the poor 5G signal from Verizon (not the hosts fault), the house WiFi showed “good” but was so slow for working that it was a bit difficult at times. They said they will be...

"Super clean, kids had a great time! Would go again!"

"Great location, great view!"

"Absolutely incredible views! It was foggy when we were and they were still amazing. The units are being remodeled and we stayed in one that had not been renovated. Very clean and comfortable."

"The Lighthouse Assistant House #4 was a fantastic vacation home for a family. The house is very clean and roomy. The kitchen is very well-equipped which makes for easy family meal prep. The house is in an ideal location for whale watching and hiking as well beautiful scenery for photography. There is lots to do for the whole family. A great place for a get-a-way for the family. The hosts are very responsive, with an easy check-in process. I highly recommend."

"Outstanding view with large deck. The kitchen was perfect for our needs."

"Large piece of property in a clearing in the woods with native plants and trees. The owners live on the property and have a lovely and friendly dog. The 2 b.r., rental is very comfortable and warm and cozy. Everything you need is there and it is quiet. You are close to town and not far from Mendocino. Noyo Harbor has the best fresh fish.I highly recommend this place."

"Beautiful setting - well appointed - fit all our needs - grandparents, parents, 3 year old and dog."

"This felt like such a magical place! It’s charming and peaceful and you can tell how much love went into reconstructing this home. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and is close to several local sights and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"This is a lovely home, with lovely views close to hiking trails and beaches . During our week there, my little granddaughters were delighted to see, turkeys, deer, a cyote, and banana slugs. Talk about a perfect location. My only suggestions to making this beautiful home perfects would be to remove some of the throw pillows, "to many throw pillows". Some of them were very tired. Also both sofas on the main floor are broken down a bit. That's it. Would I stay again?Absolutely!!!!!!!"

"The property was great, exactly as advertised, view is spectacular. And thank goodness for the wind-sheltered back patio with bbq, because I'm guessing our 3-day stay was one of the windier stretches of the summer. (as luck would have it, not a wind-wave on the ocean this morning when we left). All in all, we had a great time, thank you!"

"Great properties for pups. with complete fenced yard and dog door in one of screens. Large dinning room table was great so entire family could enjoy meals together."
