"Stayed in one of the pods and the walking path outside the doors is so noisy you hear everyone all night long. First night a large group were making a lot of noise and woke me up and it went on for quite a while. So if you like quiet it's not ideal. Rooms were adequate. Bed comfy. Bathroom sink is way too small to wash your dishes in let alone stick kettle under tap. 3pm was a bit late for my liking for checkin and the reception closes at 4pm. "We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor."
"Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are."
