At the very heart of Pezenas, town of Molière and nugget of the Hérault, this large 240m² residence, "Villa Belesa", full of charm will welcome you with family, friends or colleagues. It is equipped to accommodate 13 people and 1 child under 3 years old. (From October to May, we can offer partial rental of the property, see the Rates section further down in the description).
Ideally located in the antic street, just next to the shops, the market, the restaurants and the heart of the historic center, the house benefits from a landscaped garden, a beautiful terrace, a dining area under a pergola near a barbecue area and a swimming pool.
HOUSING:
The property is made of a main house and a guest house. Major asset for those looking for privacy.
In the main one, you will have on the ground floor, an entrance, a bright living room, as well as a large fully equipped and fitted kitchen adjoining a magnificent dining room, offering a view on the garden. These 3 living spaces offer direct access to the terrace, the barbecue-dining area and the swimming pool for an optimal indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Upstairs, a hallway will lead you to a large master suite (king size bed) with its bathroom with toilet and a bedroom (2 single beds 90cm, 1 "lit bateau" 120 cm) and its bathroom with toilet .
The guest house is composed on the ground floor of two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160cm and the other one with 2 single beds 90cm) with a bathroom and a toilet and with a direct access and a view on the garden. By taking the outside stairs, you will reach a balcony serving two other large bedrooms (each with 2 double beds 160cm) and a bathroom with toilet.
The television is in the two bedrooms and the living room of the main house (Netflix in the living room and in one bedroom) and in 2 bedrooms in the guest house.
The house is connected to the internet by fiber.
The bedrooms of the two houses, the living room, the kitchen and the dining room are equipped with independent reversible air conditioning. The rooms will all be prepared for your arrival with bed sheets and towels. Swimming pool towels will also be available.
The outside has an enclosed landscaped garden with olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, plum trees, fig trees, cherry trees, cypress trees, lavender, etc., an outdoor lounge area, a kitchen equipped with one gas barbecue and a an outdoor fireplace as well as a dining area under a vegetated pergola.
Regarding activities, a beautiful salt water swimming pool accessible from April to October, heated from May to September, 3.5 x 8.5 m, secured with a roller shutter, an outdoor hot and cold water shower, 6 loungers, 2 parasols and a storage room.
A lighted petanque court and a ping-pong table complete the set.
On the practical side, a room serving as a cellar has a large additional refrigerator and storage shelves. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and ironing board, with an outdoor space to hang up the laundry.
In front of the house, in the courtyard, you will benefit from two parking spaces, with also the possibility of parking another car in front of the automatic gate and other cars in the street.
HOBBIES:
This residence will allow you to discover by walk the city of Molière and all its rich heritage. Rental is from Sunday to Sunday so that you can take advantage of the Pézenas market on Saturdays, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Occitania.
It is also an ideal location to discover the Hérault region with its beaches at 23 minutes away, including the beautiful wild beach of Portiragnes, its walks in the heart of nature, along the Canal du Midi, its vineyards, its rivers, its villages and sites, surroundings less than 35 minutes, some of which are classified by UNESCO such as St-Guilhem-le-Désert, Béziers, Lake Salagou and discover the Hérault gorges and its activities with departures from St-Guilhem-le- Desert.

Possibility to rent less nights, on demand, (3 nights minimum) or partial rental options available from October to May:
- Option for 5 people + child under 3: Rental of the main house, including 2 bedrooms. (The guest house is not accessible). 30% discount on the property price.
- Option for 9 people + child under 3: Rental of the main house + 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the guest house. (The upper floor of the guest house is not accessible). 19% discount on the property price.
