Welcome to Peyzac-le-Moustier, in the heart of Périgord Noir, facing the famous Roque Saint-Christophe, in a charming house typical of Périgord, ideal for holidays with family or friends. This exceptional residence of 210 m² can accommodate up to 12 travellers (10 adults / 2 children) and offers all necessary comfort, with bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms. Nestled on a enclosed plot of 1800 m², it has a vast garden, a covered terrace equipped with furniture and a barbecue as well as a large private swimming pool of 6x12 m open from 30/06 to 31/08 (the swimming pool is entirely enclosed and has an access gate). You will enjoy a peaceful setting, close to the prehistoric treasures of the Vézère valley. A break of relaxation and authenticity in Dordogne awaits you there.



Pass through the front door and discover a large living space of 75 m² with access to the garden. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need for cooking. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 12 people or prefer the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled in the sofas facing the television.



The house has six bedrooms, five of which have a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and the last one, for two children, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, a hairdryer and storage spaces. An added bonus is the middle bedroom on the upper floor, which has a small balcony with a lovely view.



A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.



You will be able to park four vehicles in the courtyard of the accommodation.
