"Beautiful hotel centrally located in Kuala Lumpur. We had the most beautiful view from our room, and the view from the pool was also amazing. Overall, there was a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Fantastic service from the staff."

"Very nice hotel, friendly staff and a nice room. The location is in the city centre and close to all the main attractions. The food was very good as well."

"Godt!"

"Superfin beliggenhed. Lækker pool på taget. "

"The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay."

"Alle 5 stjerner værd , virkelig konge service god beliggenhed og fedt hotel"

"As always great - service, facilities etc."

"Spacious rooms, large and clean pool, kind and helpful staff, very central location."

"This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying...

"Fin lejlighed, med super beliggenhed. Bedste sted, jeg har boet i KL."

"Only location"

"Great place to stay. Convenience to any place"

"War alles super und sauber"

"Der var kakerlakker inde på vores værelse. Vi var der heldgivis 1 nat, og når vi kom udfra fandt vi 4-5 stykker. Når man bad personalet om noget gik der 45 min før de kom med det, de var ellers flinke. "

"Room cleanliness and fixtures need to look at. Look like and feel like hour hotel."

"Oplevelse med miksede fælder. En meget ubehageligt oplevelse med en vred kinesisk receptionist desværre ved check ind. Heldigvis reddede den mere venlige receptionist situationen så godt hun kunne."

"The room is very comfortable, equipped with various amenities, and offers a beautiful view."
