"I really enjoyed my stay. The Bucket Tree is very iconic, with colonial style architecture, lovely park-like surroundings and that giant bucket-shaped tree in front. I arrived in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, so really appreciated the warm and cosy room. I had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was lovely and clean and the service was great. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned each day. Would definitely stay here again....

I was in town overnight for business and the Sebel was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I have already booked my next stay."

"This was an overnight stay at the end of walking the Tora Coastal walk, before a long drive back to Hamilton. The room was comfortable and very clean. Good supply of crockery, etc., and unit had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Nice view across the road to the harbour."

"I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into."
