My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "

"Bookede stort værelse (suite).
Vi fik værelse på 12. etage. Gulvtæppet var gammelt og bulede her og der. Der lugtede lidt fælt på etagen.
Aircon på værelset virkede ikke, og blev repareret efterfølgende dag. Det resulterede i at der begyndte at dryppe kondensvand fra loftet i værelsets entre. Efter yderligere et par dage, måtte vi skifte værelse.
Der var ingen sauna eller spa på hotellet, selvom det fremgår af beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter.
Personalet var til gengæld meget høflige og hjælpsomme."

My wife and I stayed at EQ Kuala Lumpur for a week, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredible—very kind, professional, and always ready to assist.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like Pavilion Mall and the Petronas Towers.
Our room had a few minor issues, but they were addressed immediately upon request, showing the hotel's commitment to excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend EQ Kuala Lumpur!"

"Velfungerende hotel med meget lækker mad - fik prøvet både morgenmad, frokost og middag.
Nordeuropæere som mig vil nok synes at der er for koldt i fællesområder pga aircondition.
Botanisk have og fuglepark ligger i gåafstand fra hotellet.
Flot hotel i gammel stil - kan varmt anbefales! "

No restaurant at the place, but there are local restaurants few hundreds meter away, really good (local food) and cheap. Open from early till late.
