The 130-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs).



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet;

- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed, closet, and balcony;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and moka pot, dishwasher, oven and microwave, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower and toilet;

- 3 BALCONIES, one of which is spacious and furnished with a small table and chairs.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.
