THE SPACE

Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, Del Moro Home is a residence designed for those who wish to experience the city in an authentic way. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers bright, functional, and carefully designed spaces.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features a comfortable dining table, ideal for breakfast in the morning or for dinner after a day spent between the sea and city events. For meals, practical placemats are provided instead of tablecloths.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms. The master bedroom, decorated in soft and relaxing tones, is designed to promote rest and offers a calm and bright atmosphere. Upon request, a crib for children aged 0–2 can be added. The second bedroom provides a simple and welcoming space, ideal for another couple, children, or friends traveling together.

The apartment also features two practical and well-organized bathrooms, designed to ensure comfort even during stays with multiple guests.

The home is completed by Wi-Fi access throughout the property, a Smart TV, and two complimentary city bikes.

Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to bring everything necessary for their stay, and a supplement is required.

Del Moro Home enjoys a privileged location in Pesaro’s historic center, just a short walk from Piazza del Popolo, the heart of city life and home to numerous events throughout the year.

Nearby, guests can easily reach some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the birthplace of Gioachino Rossini, the Rossini Theatre, the Sperimentale Theatre, and the Pescheria Visual Arts Center, which hosts exhibitions and cultural events.

Walking through the historic streets, you can easily reach the seafront, where the Adriatic Sea and the famous “Palla di Pomodoro” sculpture are located.

The area is full of restaurants, wine bars, cafés, and traditional shops, perfect for discovering local flavors and experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Pesaro.

GETTING AROUND

Pesaro is known as the “city of bicycles” and is ideal for exploring on two wheels. Guests can use the two complimentary city bikes provided in the apartment, with additional rentals available upon request.

Pesaro train station is about 10 minutes away by car and offers regional and intercity connections to major Italian cities.

For air travel, Federico Fellini Airport in Rimini is about 50 km away, while Ancona-Falconara Airport is approximately one hour by car.

For those traveling by car, Pesaro is easily accessible via the SS16 Adriatic highway, which runs along the coast and connects the main seaside towns.
