"We got a room in the old 16th century hacienda, and it was magnificent with tall ceilings and even a fresco. Everything was true luxury and beautiful. Perfect place to adapt to the altitude and recover from jetlag. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant with a comprehensive selection of Peruvian and international dishes. "It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...
