"Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way."

"This property is tucked away in the cobblestone streets an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza. The two twin room was nice and there was hot-ish water and a hair dryer. The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The only thing was our 3rd floor room, although quiet, was quite cold. Colder than the temperature...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very nice and clean rooms. We stayed there when there was demonstrations and curfews due to political instability in the country. Our trip to MP was cancelled and we needed extra nights. We had already scheduled night after the original MP tour but the hotel allowed us to advance the nights and use these when we got back from our cancelled trip. Pamela in the reception was extremely helpful and we felt very safe the entire time "

"When I arrived at the train station Luis was waiting to take me to the hotel. I was able to store my luggage while I went to MP as I arrived early before check in, the next day I was also able to store my luggage there after I checked out and before my train ride. Yes, the noise from the street was loud but I don’t see this as a negative as the location is great. The view from my room was also amazing. The next morning I slept in and almost missed the free breakfast but the front desk...

"Very friendly and service minded staff. I needed to bath my foot every day and they willingly found a bucket and brought boiling water to the room every night. The hotel is generally a bit cold. However, it did have hot water in the shower, which has not been a given at the hotels we have stayed at in Peru. The kitchen chef was also very nice and prepared freshly cut fruit for us upon her own suggestion. It is a 7-10 minute Uber ride away from the historical center, which cost 8 soles when we visited. "
