"We got a room in the old 16th century hacienda, and it was magnificent with tall ceilings and even a fresco. Everything was true luxury and beautiful. Perfect place to adapt to the altitude and recover from jetlag. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant with a comprehensive selection of Peruvian and international dishes. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and went to the restaurant all 3 evenings - everything was very delicious. We also got very nice couples massage at the spa. Special thanks...

"Great hotel with lake view. Friendly personnel and helpful service. The place is approx. 20 min by taxi or bus (collectivos, if you don't mind to be squeezed with the locals :). Since it is outside of town, it is very calm and quiet. Perfect to relax if you want to use the local spa facilities (costs extra).
The mortar in between the tiles in the bathroom is coming off, probably due to bad workmanship rather than old age. The bathroom is clean otherwise. (Jan 2013)"

Unser Guide war sehr hilfsbereit, das Abendessen wurde auf Wunsch sogar in Kapsel gebracht und der Whirlpool in der Kapsel waren super. Es gibt viele Decken für die kalte Nacht.
Das Abendessen war „nur“ ok und die Fenster müssten für eine klarere Sicht häufiger geputzt werden.
Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein Highlight!"
