"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very nice and clean rooms. We stayed there when there was demonstrations and curfews due to political instability in the country. Our trip to MP was cancelled and we needed extra nights. We had already scheduled night after the original MP tour but the hotel allowed us to advance the nights and use these when we got back from our cancelled trip. Pamela in the reception was extremely helpful and we felt very safe the entire time "

"Very kind, extremely polite and very helpful staff, a family run hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the room beautiful and beds very comfortable. The location perfect and we had our own balcony. The room had tee and coffee and and it’s own water boiler. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Cusco. "

"Very nice location and hotel , the staff was great so courteous and kind! All the front desk personnel were wonderful and all other at the restaurant too. The rooms are nice but they have portable a/c only that was the only thing for which I don’t give them 5 stars. Still they helped with the equipment and our stay was great :) special mentions to Luis and Stephanie at the front desk , they gave us exceptional service . The breakfast Buffett was delicious , overall it was very good "
