Cozy apartment on two levels of about 68 square meters, perfect for 3 people, located on the first floor of a 13th century building WITHOUT elevator (12 steps to access it). The property is located a short distance from the historic center of Perugia, in the characteristic medieval district of Sant'Angelo, almost a city apart in the heart of Perugia, and a few steps from the Tempietto, one of the oldest churches in the city.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, moka, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, wardrobe and dining table with chairs;

- BATHROOM with sink, bidet and toilet.

*** 2nd Level*** (internal stairs to access)

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk;

- BATHROOM inside the room with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: , Independent heating shared with the apartment next door, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION:

- Building NOT equipped with a lift (12 steps to access);

-Internal stairs to access the bedroom (14 steps);

-There is no air conditioning and WIFI;

-Raised shower box;

-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- The keys to the entrance door are inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

- It is not possible to leave bicycles at the entrance of the building.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment and there are no shared spaces.

We are available to guests for any requests and information. For any unforeseen events or clarifications we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service Alloggiati Web which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the Sant'Angelo district, one of the most sought-after areas of the city. All the main services are located a few steps from the property and, with a short walk, you can reach the historic center.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).

- From the Umbria-Perugia international airport San Francesco d'Assisi it is possible to reach the apartment via the AIRLK1 bus line, from the S.Francesco Aeroporto stop, just a 4-minute walk away, and then get off at the San Francesco d'Assisi stop. Fontivegge (PG). From here, you need to reach the Fontivegge Fs stop, where you can take bus C and get off at the V. Innamorati 3 stop, just a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a taxi and reach the apartment in 17 minutes (13.8 km).

- From Perugia Fontivegge station, you can reach the accommodation by bus C to get off at the Porta Conca stop, just a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located in the Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for free out of Porta San'Angelo, about 100 meters from the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).

Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Saba Sant'Antonio car park in viale Sant'Antonio, just an 11-minute walk from the property.
