Fremantle is a vibrant port city offering heritage buildings and architecture, many cafes and restaurants to enjoy a good brew. Museums and art galleries. Bathers beach is nearby. The train station can take you into the Perth City. The Swan river has boat cruises on offer or a spot of fishing.

You have access to the entire apartment.

Once inside you need to travel up a set of stairs to arrive in the main living area. Large open light and bright space with high ceilings. Comfortable leather lounge chairs and a massive smart TV to enjoy a movie.
The living area opens up to a dining area.
The balcony is large and is perfect to sit back, relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets on offer. The "Freo Doctor" afternoon sea Breeze comes in to cool everything off.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms. Two queen sized beds and a double bed. The bedrooms have Ceiling fans.
The bathroom is an older style bathroom but has a bathtub to soak in. There is a separate toilet.
As you walk through the kitchen you have a balcony at the rear of the property. A great sheltered area if you want to get out of the strong breezes. This leads down a spiral staircase to the rear courtyard garden.
The courtyard out the front of the property is lush and tropical.
Parking for two vehicles is out the back of the villas behind a secure parking gate.

Walk out to South Terrace to cath the FREE Cat bus.

4.**Please Note: For bookings of up to 4 guests, **two queen beds** are made up as standard. If you require the third double bed for a booking of 4 guests or fewer, this can be arranged for a **$35 setup fee**.
Bookings of 5 or more guests include all beds made up at no additional charge**.
This policy helps us keep cleaning costs lower for smaller bookings while still offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
