    The Bedroom:
    A spacious retreat featuring a plush Queen-sized bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the terrace. The addition of dedicated air conditioning in the bedroom ensures a perfect night's sleep regardless of the Perth heat.

    The Bathroom & Laundry:
    The modern bathroom is clean and bright, complemented by a convenient 'European-style' laundry tucked away with both a washing machine and dryer—ideal for longer stays or business travelers.

    The 950 "Superbus":
    Literally at your doorstep. The 950 is Perth’s highest-frequency bus route, running every 5–10 minutes during peak times. It takes you directly into the Perth CBD (5–10 mins), the Elizabeth Quay waterfront, or the University of Western Australia (UWA).

    Trains:
    You are an ~18-minute walk (or a 5-minute bus ride) from Perth Train Station and Claisebrook Station, giving you access to the entire metropolitan rail network (including the Airport Line and the Fremantle Line).

    Free Transit Zone (FTZ):
    Mention that once guests reach the CBD (just a few stops away), bus travel is free within the city center.

    Walking:
    The location is "Walker’s Paradise." You are 550m from Hyde Park (Perth's most beautiful park) and 600m from HBF Park (for soccer or concerts).

    This is a Meet and Greet property, which means a member of our team will personally welcome you on arrival and hand over the keys.
    The check-in window is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arriving after 10PM will attract a $100 call out fee.

    Minimum of 24hrs notice required for early check-in requests (fees do apply)
    If you are locked out, or have lost your keys - a callout fees may apply.
    Correct disposal of rubbish is to be adhered to – the bins rooms have cameras teamed
    with cameras to lifts and general property access will provide proof of any breach–
    incorrect disposal of rubbish or over size items left in the bin room will incur a fine.
    Quiet time: 9 pm to 8am daily

Terrific, felt like home away from home.

This is an amazing place to stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main strip of Northbridge and the CBD, though there is a bus stop right outside if walking isn't your thing. There was an impressive amount of kitchenware, and Woolworths is just around the corner, so putting your culinary skills to use would be simple matter. The apartment has everything you would need, the furniture and bed were very comfortable, there was a nice library to peruse, and the interior was tastefully decorated. The bathroom had a faulty tap on the vanity basin, but that did not detract from my stay at all. I was very happy with this apartment, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Perth.
