**Please Note:** For bookings of **up to 4 guests**, **two king beds** are made up as standard. If you require the **third king bed** for a booking of 4 guests or fewer, this can be arranged for a **$35 setup fee**.
Bookings of **5 or more guests** include **all three king beds made up at no additional charge**.
This policy helps us keep cleaning costs lower for smaller bookings while still offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
