The Town hosts various community events throughout the year that you are welcome to participate in. These include the Community Cinemas, leisure courses and planting days, just to name a few. There are also numerous clubs and active community groups you may wish to join. Our Volunteers’ Centre can help you connect with these groups or alternatively, you may wish to peruse our Community Directory. The Bassendean Memorial Library offers more than just a good read, you can access free internet, visit our local studies and research room, or use the dedicated areas for quiet reading.
