  • Summary:

    Riverside Luxe private, renovated 1-bedroom apartment opposite the Swan River, ideal for corporate stays, couples, or solo travellers. Enjoy resort facilities including pool, gym and tennis courts, plus a balcony overlooking the courts. Inside is a full kitchen, washing machine, comfy lounge, big smart TV, & a full bathroom with shower & bath. Walk to Perth CBD, Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay for dining, events and riverside sunsets.



    The Space:

    Our apartment is perfect for a comfy and easy stay, especially if you're traveling for work. The bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, bedside lamps, and places to charge your phone & other gadgets. The bathroom has everything you need including shower over bath, starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen, dining & living area is open plan, with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee pod machine.



    Relax on the balcony with seating outside or bring the outside in & open the sliding balcony door for fresh air & lots of light. There's also air conditioning, heating, FREE Wi-Fi, a big smart TV, & a spot to work if you need. Inside the apartment we have a washing machine you're welcome to use.



    Fresh, hotel-quality sheets and towels, extra pillows & blankets, plenty of wardrobe space to hang your clothes, an iron/ironing board, and a hairdryer. And for your safety, there's a smoke alarm and a first aid kit.



    Guest Access:

    Easy access with keys collection on-site. Secure building entry for safety & privacy, elevator/lift to floor and digital door lock for straight forward access.

    Mounts Bay Road sits on Perth’s prized riverside edge, where the CBD meets leafy Kings Park and the Swan River foreshore. This pocket is all about walkability: riverside paths, city dining, and quick access to business precincts, conventions and entertainment, making it perfect for short breaks and extended stays alike.



    Nearby is beautiful Elizabeth Quay, the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), as well as the city’s shopping and dining precints, plus easy links to East Perth, West Perth and Subiaco. This area of the CBD is a high-demand base for business travellers, visiting families, medical stays, and anyone wanting an inner-city location with a calmer, resort-style feel.

From this location, you can walk to key precincts, then use trains or buses for anything further out. Parking isn’t included, so you're best to plan for rideshare, public transport, or paid parking right nearby if needed.

    • Perth Underground Station / Perth Station (2.8 km, 10 min drive / 30–35 min walk)

    • Elizabeth Quay Station (2.0 km, 6 min drive / 22–26 min walk)

    • Bus services along St Georges Terrace and into West Perth (1.5–2.5 km, 5–10 min drive / 15–30 min walk depending on stop)
