Adjacent areas include: Madora Bay (to the west coast), Meadow Springs, Singleton and Parklands. Lakelands has good transport links, beaches nearby, shopping centre proximity and a relaxed coastal suburban lifestyle.



    There are a number of engaging experiences within easy drive of Lakelands for both families and executive visitors:



    * The foreshore and marina precinct of Mandurah (approx 8 km, ~10 min drive) offers waterfront dining, canal cruises, dolphin-spotting tours and relaxed coastal ambience.

    * Visit the estuary and waterways for nature and wildlife sightings, or explore boutique shopping and café culture along Mandurah’s boardwalk.

    * For family-friendly stops: Ranger Red’s Zoo & Conservation Park is around 17.9 km away.

    * Beaches: Madora Bay and the coastal fringe are very nearby (Madora Bay suburb).

    * Shopping: The local Lakelands Shopping Centre at 49 Mandurah Road in Lakelands is very convenient (approx 1 km from many addresses) and hosts grocery / retail / dining.

    * For larger regional retail, the Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre is less than 9 km away.

    * The Lakelands Railway Station on the Mandurah line opened in June 2023. It’s located in Lakelands, and offers train services that run into Perth (approx 50-minutes journey) and to Mandurah (short ride).

    * From Perth Airport to Lakelands is about 70 km by road and around 53 minutes drive (in normal traffic).

    ✈️ From Perth Airport

    Less than an hour by car, Lakelands is a beautiful coastal destination outside the bustle of Perth metro area.

    • The drive from Perth Airport to Lakelands is approx **70 km** and usually takes **50–60 minutes**.

    • From the airport, follow signs to **Tonkin Highway (State Route 4)** heading south.

    • Continue onto **Kwinana Freeway (State Route 2)** and stay on it southbound toward Mandurah for roughly **55 km**, taking Mandurah Road Exit.

    • The property provides secure parking with **2 car bays** in the double lock-up garage.



    🚇 Public Transport Option

    • From Perth Airport, take a taxi or rideshare (~**12–14 km** depending on terminal) into Perth CBD to connect with the Perrth train station on the **Mandurah Line**.

    • Take the Mandurah Line train heading south (toward Mandurah) — total distance to Lakelands Station is approx **65 km** by rail.

    • Exit at **Lakelands Station**, approx **3–4 km**.

    • Take a short taxi/rideshare (approx **5–7 minutes**) or a local bus to our home.
