The private retreat features a king-size bed, luxurious linens, a large walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and fresh towels.



Bedroom 2

A comfortable queen-size bed plus a dedicated desk, ideal for working remotely or studying during your stay.

Another queen-size bedroom with a desk, offering both comfort and a functional workspace — perfect for couples traveling together or guests needing extra room to work.



Second Bathroom

A sparkling clean full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer is available for guest use, making extended stays simple.

Enjoy the backyard with a charcoal grill provided for outdoor cooking. While there is not currently a deck, a brand-new deck will be added next summer for an even better outdoor experience.

Guests will have full access to the entire main floor of the home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, backyard, and garage/driveway parking.



Please note: the basement and two owner’s closets are locked and not available for guest use. Everything else in the home is yours to enjoy during your stay.



We want you to feel right at home and enjoy a relaxing, worry-free stay. While we respect your privacy, we are always just a message or call away if you need assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations. We respond quickly through the Airbnb app and are happy to share our favorite nearby wineries, restaurants, and attractions to make your trip unforgettable.

No pets are allowed.

Quiet hours are 10pm–7am out of respect for our neighbors.

No parties or events permitted.

The basement and two owner’s closets are locked and not accessible to guests.

A charcoal grill is provided in the backyard for outdoor cooking.

There is no deck at this time — a brand-new deck will be added next summer to enhance the outdoor space.

This is a new neighborhood, so some GPS systems may not show all the streets correctly. We’ll provide easy directions before check-in.
