At the beginning of October 2025, a construction site started in front of the apartment (on the other side of the street). During the day (from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm), on weekdays, the work can sometimes be a little noisy. The apartment is equipped with double glazing, but the use of the balcony can be less pleasant.
However, the site is not active on weekends, and not active in summer.
