"Parc La Breos House is a Victorian (mostly) pleasure. Our room (6) was a good size. The view was over the farm buildings which aren't the most picturesque, but it is nice to see a working farm. It did mean the farm vehicles started up about 7am, but that is to be expected! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept by the brothers who live there. "We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. "

Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...

Room is surprisingly well equipped for the price, smart TV, modern private bathroom, double bed etc. Nice to not be 2 single beds pushed together. Only downside was that the shower had small amounts of mould around the bottom and the walls are a little scuffed so could do with a bit of love, but ultimately you get what you pay for, so value alone gives this place 5 stars."
