"This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. "This hotel is located on the Promenade in Penzance with a fantastic view from the hotel restaurant overlooking the sea. Breakfast is fine. No sandy beach just around the corner, but a huge pool area only about 300 metres away and the harbour and town centre close by too. Nice surroundings and a beautiful subtropical park in the back garden. Easy walk to and from the station but would recom-mend taxi if carrying luggage. Stay a few days on your trip around Cornwall, and you will be fine."
