I put at your disposal this charming and atypical small family house, detached, located near the city center and its shops, in the historic district of Péronne (quiet area). At the foot of the ramparts and on the edge of the ponds of the Somme.
Accommodation:
The house has a living room (with convertible 2 seats and an armchair), a large well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, small freezer and refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pressure cooker, forced air fryer, oven, microwave, dishes ...), a small enclosed garden, a bathroom with bath/shower, a large and very bright bedroom on the first floor and a bedroom under the eaves perched at the top of its turret. A laundry room with washing machine, iron is also available. Books and games are also present, a garage is available for parking.

The house is old and has a spiral staircase, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Passenger access
The house is made available entirely, with its garden. Parking in or in front of the attached garage.

For any request for a late check-out (after 11am) or early check-in (before 4pm), please contact me to check that it is possible according to the availability of the house. Otherwise, please respect these hours to allow us to properly maintain the house between the departure and arrival of the guests.

Where is the accommodation located: Highlights of the area:
The house is located in a very quiet area and yet very close to the city center and the main roads. Once you have settled in you can certainly leave the car for a while: the shops are less than 5 minutes away on foot, as well as the historial of the Great War, the ponds of the Somme, and the old ramparts in which there are nice walks to do. A children's playground, as well as a mini-golf course and a tree climbing course is a 3-minute walk away, with a beautiful view of the historial and the pond it overlooks. In addition, at the end of the alley, you can discover the magnificent panorama of the Place du Moulin Damay. Péronne is also an ideal starting point for visiting the Circuit du Souvenir.

Getting around
Péronne is 10 minutes from the A1 motorway and the Haute Picardie TGV station.
