Welcome to our villa in Pérols, ideally located between Montpellier and the Mediterranean beaches. With a private pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for a family or group getaway.



The house features three comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and toilets. There is an additional bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and the living room offers a large screen for movie nights together.



Outside, relax by the pool, in the jacuzzi, or on the loungers. A gas barbecue, garden furniture, and an outdoor dining area let you make the most of the Mediterranean climate.



The villa enjoys a prime location:

• Only 3 km from the beaches;

• 10 minutes by car from Montpellier;

• Close to Sète, the Camargue, and the medieval town of Aigues-Mortes.

• Bed linen and towels are not provided;

• Out of respect for the neighbors, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed;

• A cleaning deposit is required on arrival and will be returned if the property is left clean and in the same condition as at check-in.
